Raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada her love for the mountains began as a youngling joining school field trips. As she attended University later on in life and found her university’s outdoor adventure club during club week, she began to nurture her hobby sports with like-minded peers. After quickly realizing the lack of diversity in the outdoors, she sough our for Black, Women, and BiPOC focused outdoor communities and boy did she find many. With great trial and error she finally found her community of friends!!
